DS1 was set up in order to provide the Subaru community with the best possible experience when upgrading their cars. We are committed to excellent quality and reasonable pricing. DS1 also specializes in product testing for several companies like PIC performance and mFactory. If it is not good enough for our cars, we will not sell it to you. From your race car to your street car, we have you covered. DS1 is conveniently located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Dylan Petersen, owner and founder, started DS1 almost 5 years ago. He is one of the most experienced high performance mechanics in the mid-west. He holds over 40 factory certifications after more than 15 years of being a technician. His racing experiences have been very broad including his position as crew chief for a SCCA Pro Formula Mazda team, Member of the Midwest Council of Sports Car Clubs, NHRA, NASA and IDRC. His reputation for quality work is well known through out the Subaru community.
